More Registries implemented

Additionally to the already supported NICs (Registries) the dutch Registry SIDN, the french Registry AFNIC and the belgian Registry  DNS.BE will be supported before long. Furthermore a new NIC - Interface EPAG is being implemented with a selection of TLDs.
