Product Service

Our product service provides you with the latest updates of DomiNIC4domains.

All of the above mentioned services can be purchased with a seperate arrangement. You can read about the service level in detail in the section DomiNIC4domains > Licenses and Prices.

The following services are not included in our product service:

• maintainance services at the customer's location,
• customer consulting and trouble shooting due to sources which are not attributable to DomiNIC4domains, but are consequence of a usage error or other externel influences,
• support of business partners of the customer, who perform domain registrations with DomiNIC4domains,
• consulting concerned with domain name systems (DNS) and registration processes.

Managed Service

DSS offers the so-called managed service for customers  working with DomiNIC4domains.  The managed service comprises monitoring of the running system and eliminating technical problems that might disturb the efficient operation of DomiNIC4domains, or were caused by DomiNIC4domains. In addition the installed DomiNIC4domains software is immediately updated via remote maintainance. 

The service is carried out with ITIL (ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library is nowadays a world wide accepted defacto-standard for management of essential processes in information technology).

Managed service is part of the standard services, that DSS offers for the DomiNIC®-products and has to be payed for seperately.
