Training

DSS offers three kinds of training for DomiNIC4domains corresponding to the levels of support:

 DomiNIC4domains / Official   -   1st Level Support

This training is aimed at the staff members of the customer service, hotline and similar end customer oriented facilities. The use of the client (Administrator Interface and Customer Self Service Interface) takes the center stage of this training, in which the standard of knowledge of the participant is taken into account.

duration: 1.5 days

 DomiNIC4domains / Administrator   -   2nd Level Support

Having attended this training the participant is able to manage DomiNIC4domains on domain-job-level, monitor job processing and to a certain extent modify the processes of a domain order.

duration: 2 x 2 days

 DomiNIC4domains / Engineer   -   3rd Level Support

The engineer maintains DomiNIC4domains on the system level. He installs the DomiNIC4domains software, configures and tunes it for optimum operation. This training requires the knowledge of the DomiNIC4domains / Administrator.
