EPCglobal Inc. is the leading organization in the development of standards for the EPC (Electronic Product Code) in connection with radio frequency technology for identification purposes (RFID) between business partners.
DomiNIC takes an active part in the development of standards for EPC networks and the application of RFID and other technologies for the secure transmission of information regarding products in a supply chain. Within the scope of an R&D project, DomiNIC GmbH has developed an EPC-/ONS Management System (EOMS). Everyone who is involved in production and delivery is able to track the life cycle of a product globally and also to retrieve any relevant information.
