More registries implemented

In addition to the already supported NICs (registries), the Dutch registry SIDN, the French registry AFNIC and the Belgian registry DNS.BE will be supported shortly. Furthermore, a new NIC - Interface EPAG is being implemented with a selection of TLDs.
