By keeping the process control and implementation separate from each other, DomiNIC is able to easily integrate specific customer systems and processes. Empirically it has been proven that every customer has their own very individual needs that cannot be fulfilled in a standardized fashion. That is why DomiNIC is able to react to certain triggers which can then execute any subprocesses or actions. This way it is possible to almost effortlessly integrate external ERP, CRM or billing systems into the DomiNIC processes.
You are maintaining a central customer database in a CRM system and you do not want to redundantly administer the same database via another system? No problem. On every login, DomiNIC establishes a connection to the CRM system and automatically imports any data as needed. This allows for an optimal linking between the stable standard processes that have matured over the years and your individual requirements and system landscapes.
The core of DomiNIC consists of a business process engine (BPE), which executes each order within a process, which again is made up of many individual subprocesses.
For this purpose, the processes are at first visualized by applying standard procedures so that they can then be translated into a language (XML) that can be processed by the BPE.
