DomiNIC GmbH is committed to expanding its research and development activities in the future. One of the focus areas of DomiNIC's current research activities is the linkage of the real world with the Internet via an electronic product code in RFID chips which is classified as "the next big thing" by experts.
Within the framework of a R&D research project, DomiNIC GmbH has developed a software system that goes by the name of EPC-/ONS Management System (EOMS) which realizes the distribution of information regarding the objects in an Electronic Product Code network (EPC network). The system's function is to build up the hierarchy of the EPC network for the owner of the EPCs (subscriber) and to save the object-service-allocation within this structure.
