Managed Service

In the context of Managed Services, DomiNIC assumes the responsibility for the maintenance and the supervision of the DomiNIC4domains installation at the customer's site and thereby guarantees a maximum level of stability and availability. DomiNIC is monitoring the ongoing operations and is taking care of any technical issues that have been caused by DomiNIC4domains and that might negatively affect the operations of DomiNIC4domains.

Furthermore, any updates to the DomiNIC4domains software are autonomously installed via remote maintenance.

The Managed Service is carried out in compliance with the ITIL standard (ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library which has by now become the worldwide accepted de facto standard for the management of essential processes in the information technology).

The Managed Service belongs to the standard services that DomiNIC is offering for the DomiNIC® line of products and it is being billed separately.
